I found the hotel's location to be brilliant, right in the heart of the Royal Mile with easy access to various restaurants and pubs. The rooms were comfortable, modern with a wet-room style bathroom, and the view of Edinburgh was simply outstanding. The service was efficient, although there was a small incident with staff walking in unexpectedly. The dining experience had its highlights but could be improved for more choices at breakfast. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory for my stay.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms, although not spacious, were spotlessly clean with a fabulous bed and a powerful walk-in shower. I loved the free soft drinks in the mini-bar and the relaxed vibe. The location was terrific, set away from the noise, and I appreciated the little added touches like the birthday surprise in the room.
